They asked me to give them $200 for them to come and take a look and then parts and labor were not included. I thought the job would be done today and that the $200 would have been taken off the top of the bill. They wanted $700 for parts and labor. I could buy a new washing machine for that price. So they got $200 from me for doing absolutely nothing. I can understand 50 to $75 evaluation charge.... so beware

My Miele Built in Coffee Machine was leaking water so I contacted Miele in NJ. They recommend local Appliance Repair company and they were on time and charge a fee for coming plus parts. Machine was checked and a specific problem was not found. Machine was ran and cleaned and put back in built in. It has been working perfectly no leaks. Intermittent things happen but now after service review it is working and no more leaks.

My appliance was purchased overseas so the support documentation was very difficult to access. But R&D kept at it until they addressed my issue. 5 stars for perseverance.

I would highly recommend calling RD Appluance Service Corp for your repair problems. They are very professional-costs are stated clearly. Brandon our servant was professional courteous and efficient. He even used his ingenuity on repairing an discontinued outdated item !

While traveling through New York State in my RV I had an issue with my new fridge. The team over at RD Appliance were great, they scheduled a service call, determined the issue super quick and were able to get me back on the road trip. Thanks to a very professional and knowledgeable team this potential nightmare was nothing more than a bump in the road.
