Russell did a great job. He came on time, diagnosed quickly the problem and fixed it. He was very transparent through the process and went over potential solutions. He was able to fix it and I was very happy with the cost. Also he would have charged me only a third of the fee if it didn’t work. In the end he cleaned up and left and other than for a working refrigerator you wouldn’t have known that he was there. Strongly recommended.
My Bosch oven was broken and NYC Appliance was able to come out right away to assess the problem. They were faster and much less expensive than technicians from Bosch. Russell was professional and knowledgable. I will definitely use NYC Appliance for all future repairs.

I wish the pricing was more reasonable considering the replacement part was plastic and the repair time was about 30 minutes. That being said, I was very satisfied with the results and would recommend NYC Appliance Care.
Bosch dishwasher had a leak that required repair. Russell arrived same day and was able to diagnose the issue quickly, and he showed me video from his phone of where the leak was occurring, and indicated which part needed to be replaced. Russell came prepared with the replacement part and fixed the dishwasher without need for a follow up visit. He was personable and informative. A+
I have them to fix my stove. I m very satisfying with service. I like how they how customer call center to make a schedule with you and THEY will come exact day and near time. I had Russell technician, he was honest, told me problem and what to expect if my stove would break again. Price was very fair. Recommended
