I read all the reviews before coming here and thought I would have a similar experience as the rest of the drivers but luckily not! 4am delivery appt. Arrived 2:15am. Check in on the tablet and go back wait in your truck and wait for someone to come get you for a door! this company set a record for me during my two years of driving. 9 hours they unloaded me, I had an appointment at 11:00 am and they put me at the door at 7:00 pm. they pretended that everything was fine, wait a little while, and in the meantime, they accepted other drivers all day, saying that they were their regular drivers, and even after waiting 8 hours, when they gave me the door, they did not begin to unload me, and after me there was another driver who had just driven in company and they began to unload it first. this is the worst that has happened to me in my entire time driving a truck. I told my company that I will never go there again

My experience at this place is never the same. My appointment is at 8 am and they get the door at 11 am. everyone pretends to know nothing and today they are late and the trucks of local companies are being loaded in the office, you will not find anyone, but when you need them, one of the workers will find you and tell you about the door that has been assigned to you. avoid this place do not honor the appointment

If they don’t have space, they wont unload you for hours. Appointments make no sense here.
