We moved our bread baking operation from Northside/Williamsburg Brooklyn to Glendale 10 years ago. Since day one, Mr. T. Carting was providing us with all kind of services: construction waste, cardboard, plastic and all others. I've been in food business manufacturing over 30 years in Brooklyn and Queens locations. They installed 2 separate trash containers with hydraulic compactors-no more rodents, cleaned after each pick up, same or next day service. Every food business should get this kind of system. Your drivers hit a car on a tight turn and left from the scene on Edsall Ave and 73nd street in Glendale. Here are photos for you with a license plates of both vehicles and the damage your truck did. I hope you have a decency to get in touch with the driver to file a claim and make it right. This is highly unprofessional and this is not the first time it happens in the neighborhood. I opened my business on Myrtle Ave 27 years ago and have been using Mr. T since we opened. Their customer service is above and beyond. Their garbage pickup is always reliable and professional. If you need commercial carting, I highly recommend them.

So stupid. They never picked up my garbage on time. I had to call them at least twice a month to pick up the garbage. The manager came to my store for more than 5 times to pick up. Instead of saying sorry he was so rude , unprofessional, and gave stupid logics each time. In December I cancelled my account but they still charging me. When wanted to talk to the manager he hung up the phone. Stupid and so unprofessional and rude service I ever got in my entire life. I have all the records and i am going to the police.
