    This company is a joke. I currently pay for pick up twice a week. They skip my house 3-4 times a month. When we call they are extremely unprofessional and make it seem like it is my fault. They will tell us they are doing a special pickup and then they never come. My garbage then sits out a full week waiting on them. I wish I had other options in my town because I want to drop this company. As i write this on 05/31/24 they have missed my Tuesday and Friday pickup. There is little to no recourse when they miss a pickup. They will not even offer a credit. I wish zero stars was an option because that is what they deserve.

    Customer service is very undesirable. Due to a billing problem, they skipped my trash a few times, but I will give them until the end of the year to see how the service goes. If it continues being shoddy, I'll use a different company.

    They are horrible . They miss pick up every week. Then we have to call them trying to get them to recover the garbage. We are literally paying for services that does not happen every single week. They even add our account manager and management to the emails to get the issue resolve, well never happened. I am still hounding them to pick up my trash as I type.

    Went for an interview at one of the locations in NJ, feedback I received was they really liked me , I have impressive management experience, spoke about a lot fully engaged and still did not get the job, rare but very odd would like to try a different location but I think company has great potential

    We've moved to Monroe township recently and requested for a trash home collection service from the company. We have called them at least 4-5 times, and they were irresponsive, rude, and unhelpful. Despite their assurances, they never delivered the trash can that we requested for. At the end of the month, they sent us an invoice for services that they have not provided. Aside from the incompetence in providing service, talking to customer support was a very uncomfortable experience for me. The customer support representative was rude and short with me which I believe, is because of my non-American accent. I often made my daughter, who has an American accent, talk to the customer support representative, and besides the lack of help, they were polite and friendly with her. Overall, customer support was very poor and I don't recommend using their services, especially if you don't have a traditional American accent.
