9 months agoTrying out @hellskitchenhotsauce on some wings. The WEST SIDE RED is a great sauce, with low to moderate heat that I plan on using on anything. Very tasty with a hint of sweetness. The GINGER DEVIL is their hottest sauce, and not for the faint at heart. However if you have a high tolerance for spice it is super tasty, and not just hot for the sake of being hot.

a month agoWe discovered Hell’s Kitchen at the Boston Sauce Party. The West Side Red and the Taco Cat sauces were so delicious, but the unexpected breakout star for us has been the “Home Run Hot Honey Mustard.” We put it on EVERYTHING. If they ever stop making it, I will cry.

a year agoThis company was my favorite discovery at this year's Portland Hot Sauce Expo. By far the most interesting flavor profiles I have ever encountered. The Black Forest sauce is unlike anything I have ever had, truly amazing. The owner was also clearly very passionate about his craft and a nice guy to boot. I highly recommend giving any of their sauces a try!

2 years agoGreat hot sauces! Super flavorful. These are a staple at my apartment now and I've also given them away as gifts to family and friends. My favorites are West Side Red an Habanero Mango Salvation. I've also met the owner a few times, super nice guy.
