Great, small shop in Chelsea Market which sells the hot sauces seen on Hot Ones. Also has a sampling station of select flavors and super knowledgeable staff.

Long time listener, first time caller. Hot ones fan since forever, glad it’s finally getting the hype it deserves. We came to NYC specifically to visit the Heatonist Outpost. I wish they had more sauces to try, and for sale. But good times were had by all.

Lovely shop downstairs in chelsea market, run by a lovely lady who helped me find the spiciest hot sauce they owned! Not for myself aha, for my uncle back home in the uk, who loves his hot sauce and loves to try different ones! Quite pricey but worth the price! Was packaged well and survived the plane trip home in my suitcase Recommend popping by and having a chat, see what they have as their stock is massive, so many verieties, something for everyone!!

We can all rank hot sauce tolerance level 1-10. I'd rank the service level at the outpost Level 10! I am a beginner HEATONIST here 🏻‍♀️. I only learned of Hot Ones 3 weeks ago and watched the Kevin Hart and Chrissy Teigen episodes. Before I arrived, I took a screenshot of the lineup for reference but the salesperson said it was the old line up. My good friend and co-workers all enjoy spicy food and I wanted to grow my tolerance. I wanted to buy them some hot sauce as well. I had a list of 4 people to buy for including myself and their spicy capacity: 1: Level 1-2 2: Level 10, last max sauce 650,000SHU 3: Level 8 4: Level 8 Slightly overwhelmed, the salesperson was extremely helpful. I shared with him my notes on the giftees. He helped me pick out 6 bottles as I told him my friends' tolerance level. Did I mention Level 10 service for a Level 1 customer?! With his help, I ended up buying The Classic Sauce, Habanero Carrot Curry, and Guajillo & Red Jalapeno for myself. Chocolate Plague for Level 10. Hellboys for Level 8. And a few Zombie 3 packs. On the subway ride home, I was so excited that I headed to the grocery first. I got some wings and celery and used the guajillo sauce. While my friends laugh yet rally on my journey... I am excited to come back when I can handle level 3! 🔥🔥🔥

I stopped in this afternoon, the clerk was awesome. She described all the tasters perfectly and was very patient with me. I left with a bottle of The Classic: Pepper X Edition and immediately added it to my meal I ordered just down the hall from the outpost, delicious!
