a year agoDaniel was amazing! I haven’t used my GE profile compact dishwasher since I moved in a year ago because it was improperly installed. My LG washer dryer combo was also not dryer properly anymore. I spoke to a very nice receptionist and she booked me very quickly for a Sunday appointment. He came on time and spent a good amount of time assessing what was wrong with both appliances and explained what was needed. He gave me a quote that day and ordered parts and was able to come back over in less than a week to complete the repairs. He needed a solid 3 hours to fix everything and told me everything he had done AND showed me how to properly use the appliances to avoid and future problems. Very very knowledgeable and friendly. I am so happy with Daniel’s expertise and professionalism and highly recommend. Prices were fair and I can’t recommend them enough. Can’t wait to use my dishwasher again!

2 months agoCalled to get an oven fixed, lady answers. Child was screaming in the background, lady on the phone hung up with me. Called back 5 times over the next 20 mins - no answer. A terrible first impression.

12 months agoWe have had an ongoing issue with our fridge. Ben was amazing, professional and very good at communicating the issue which was diagnosed and repaired within 1.5 hours. They also left everything sparkling clean. Highly recommend
